WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAMMING

Our weightlifting programming is written by USAW Level 2 Coach, Sydney Collins. Programs focus on technical development and improvements in the snatch, clean, and jerk with a heavy emphasis on overall strength development.

COMMERCIAL GYM PROGRAMMING

Our commercial gym programming is tailored to your goals whether you're seeking overall strength gains or specific bodybuilding or aesthetic goals. Options include 3, 4, or 5 day programming to be completed on your own time with video instructions and workout tracking.

BESPOKE PROGRAMMING

Not entirely sure what you're looking for? Looking to do a little bit of it all? We can customize programming to fit your needs. If you're someone who likes to run your occasional 5 or 10k, lift heavy weights, and look good at the same time, our team can customize a program based on your goals to get you prepared for the road ahead. Using CrossFit Level 2 coaching and programming techniques, we can design a hybrid program to keep you moving towards any goal you may come up with.

Programming pricing is on a sliding scale based on the needs of the client and will be communicated prior to the development of the program. Prices start at $50/month and increase up to $225/month.
